Tour starts with the visit of the lemon garden built in 1897 in Sorrento Coast. The original lemon of Sorrento has been recognized as an international product protected by European Union, in fact it received the Limone di Sorrento I.G.P. denomination. The technics used for Sorrento lemon cultivation are special characteristics of this land.

  

Limoncello is another product identifying Sorrento. A liqueur used as a digestive with a very simple recipe . Demonstration of how is limoncello made ig presented.

The most important quality of Olive Oil is for sure the Penisola Sorrentina D.O.P. Guests will try regular,lemon,basil,orange,origano,rosemary,chilli extra virgin localy made olive oil.

Second step of the Tour is visiting the stable where you will look  at ordinary and daily sequences of the farmer life. Strict line when it comes to organic helped them to follow quality line. After that we go to assist the demonstration of Fior di Latte (fresh cheese made with cow’s milk, unproperly called Mozzarella) Treccia,Caciotte and Ricotta making . After admiring the process of production it is time to taste it. The cheese tasting includes also Provolone del Monaco D.O.P.cheese which you can find only in thirteen communes of Penisola Sorrentina. The farmers idea is Stable to Table.While being on the farm we can enjoy amazing landscape of Naples Bay.
